I encourage everyone to check this out! It really was the jump start I needed to make a change in my life for the better. You can also watch the full movie on Netflix!

  1. Jeffery, i have gone through your whole blog. Thank you so much for sharing this info. I have been playing around with the juicing thing for quite a while now. Going through fads of weeks of making a daily juice and then letting things slide.

I found that breaking the sugar addiction was a game changer for me. I would have to lie down and sleep for 30mins each afternoon for 3 or 4 days.

I'm starting the 'new years reboot' on the reboot with joe site and know that i'm going to go for it. I'm the same age etc as you, but i am not carrying as much weight as you were.

I honestly can't get over the change in your photos. Well done, you are an inspiration. And well done for posting.

One question : What sort of exercises were you doing if any at all? Were you as committed to your exercises as you were to making daily juice?

Oh and keep on blogging please.

    Chenzo. Irl.

  2. Thank you for you comments. For the first month I didn't do any exercise at all. Starting the second month I only did cardio on the elliptical 3-4 days a week for 30-60 minutes. I also ran/walked a 5k color run and a 5k mud run. I tried to do yoga and stretching at least a couple days a week but I admit I'm not very good at it. Overall I was definitely not as committed to the exercise as I was the juicing.
